Refund Policy

Premium IELTS Coach is a digital learning service. If you purchased a web subscription and believe there is a billing or access problem, contact support at vanphucthanhloan@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email and receipt details.

We will review duplicate charges, payment errors, and cases where Premium access was not delivered after a verified payment. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the applicable store refund process. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
